As a Certified Doula, I will work by your side as you go through Infant & Pregnancy Loss, Childbirth Education, Fertility, Labour & Birth and Postpartum. By being present in each moment with a spirit of love and compassion. As your Doula I’ll provide the emotional, informational and physical support you and your family need to make the choices that are best for you, in fertility I can teach you ways to better understand your body and be a support through treatments if that is the plan, postpartum is a very important time and extra support in this stage is important I can help by being there for you and your family, I run classes and groups to support our community contact me to find out more on these!

About Me
I am a Certified Indigenous Childbirth Educator & Doula in Rama ON, I offer many services in prenatal, birthing, and postnatal care. My goal is to give you and your family the support and knowledge you need to make informed decisions about your pregnancy and labor process. What I Do
Fertility Doula
Fertility Awareness Method, Fertility Treatment Support
From our initial meeting all the way through your fertility I will teach you to better understand your body, how to use the Fertility Awareness Method to help you know when the best times to conceive or to avoid conception all together, I can provide support through fertility treatments with understanding and compassion for your choices.
Labour & Birth Doula
Prenatal, Labour and Birth
After beginning our relationship with a free 30 min interview, if you feel we are a good match as your doula I am committed to your health and the well being of your growing family, available whenever needed throughout your entire pregnancy as well as birth. I will be there to provide you with continuous emotional and physical support, and answer any and all questions you may have.
Postpartum Doula
After Baby Support
Get extra personal support throughout your postpartum period, together we can make sure that you have the support in home and as much outside help that is needed, your health and emotions are important lets make sure that you understand everything you can about postpartum.
Placenta Prints
A Beautiful Memory
This service is for everyone, you don't need to be my client for me to do this!
I take the placenta do my magic and return the placenta back to you with a beautiful art piece. The cost is $100.00 for one print in frame! You pick the colors and I do the work, please contact me to talk more about this service!

Fertility Doula Support
Free consultation
One-month of fertility awareness method at $150.00
Two-months of fertility support at $800
Three-months of fertility support at $1100
Labour & Birth
$1000 for families on reserve and $1200 for those off reserve.
Free consultation, Three prenatal visits, Labour and Birth support, Three postpartum visits and 24/7 call or text support.
Free smudge kit, placenta print and padsicles added if asked for.
$25 an hour for any extra visits you wish to add on.
Postpartum
Free consultation
Monthly support this includes two visits a week for two hours at $400.00, up to a maximum of 6 months

I work on a sliding scale and payment plans so please ask me how this can help your family!
